Our yoga class is designed to assist with your body's natural movements through specific postures and mindful breathing.
Our therapists pop in from time to time to answer any injury questions and help with postural corrections during the class!
Why practice at
Our Yoga class is taught by our very own Physical Therapist Assistant, Terri. As a PTA, Terri has extensive knowledge on the correct body mechanics.
We make a monthly donation to a local charity with the proceeds from our Yoga classes!
