Our Saturday morning yoga class is designed to assist with your body's natural movements through specific postures and mindful breathing.
Our therapists pop in from time to time to answer any injury questions and help with postural corrections during the class!

Our Yoga class is taught in conjunction with Visions Incoporated, and designed to be able to work with different individuals with any level of impairments and abilities.
We make a monthly donation to a local charity with the proceeds from our Yoga classes!
